James Leon Carroll, Jr. (Bo Carroll), 54, of Oklahoma City, passed on from this life April 12th, 2025. Born October 5th, 1970, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Bo is the beloved son of James Leon Carroll and Linda Gail Carroll (Reynolds). He attended Southeast High School.
Bo enjoyed riding motorcycles, even doing sand dragging with Harley Davidsons. He did motocross races in his early days, as well. He got to attend Sturgis in South Dakota, and Daytona Bike Week in Daytona, Florida.
He found joy being alongside the Shriners clowns, where he would ride a unicycle. Always a fan of competition, Bo enjoyed playing pool and foosball. In addition, he enjoyed taking the chance to go fishing.
A proud father of his children, Bo enjoyed watching his sons in their skateboarding competitions and spending time talking with his daughter. Spending time with family was important to him, and he loved being around all ten of his grandchildren. He worked alongside his father at the family business, Carroll's Seat Covers.
Bo enjoyed watching Whose Line Is It Anyway and Saturday Night Live in his free time. He also loved to go out and eat, especially at Red Lobster, Chelino's and Del Rancho.
He was described as outgoing, playful, and full of charisma. He was charming, a characteristic that made those around him view him as a leader. He always had an entourage of friends with him and never met a stranger. It seemed as if Bo knew everyone. His aunt, Tammi, said he always had the best birthday parties, with everyone from city council members to a homeless person he may have once helped, in attendance.
A family man, his first joy in life was being around his children and grandchildren. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and friend. Bo was a wheeling and dealing entrepreneur, a Jack of all trades, and a creative man.
Bos' zest for life, love for adventure, and faithfulness to his family will be deeply missed.
Left to cherish his memory are his children Ashlyn Milligan of Oklahoma City, Stetson Carroll of Yukon, Tyler Carroll of Newcastle, father James Carroll, Sr., of Oklahoma City, ten grandchildren: Liam, Rhory, Jude, Anna, Alix, Atlas, Alivia, Milo, Laurel, and Ava, and his sisters Kim Owens of Oklahoma City and Shae Cyriacks of Oklahoma City.
Preceding him in death was his mother, Linda Carroll.
