James "Jim" Brian Hirt, a beloved father and brother, passed away on August 28, 2025, in Gallatin, Tennessee. Born on March 17, 1963, in St. Paul, Minnesota, Jim lived a life characterized by his dedication to both his family and his career.
Jim was known for his entrepreneurial spirit and proficiency in protein procurement, having successfully owned his own business in this field. Through his work, he made significant contributions, earning respect and admiration from colleagues and clients alike.
He is survived by his son, James Hirt Jr., and his sisters, Tracy Kopesky and Jill Hirt. They cherish the memories of cherished moments spent with him, as he was a guiding light in their lives.
Jim's legacy is further enriched by the memory of his parents, Richard Hirt and Constance Hirt, who have preceded him in death. Their influence and values shaped the remarkable man he became.
In this time of loss, Jim's family and friends remember him not only for his professional accomplishments but also for his kindness, humor, and the love he shared with those around him. He leaves behind a profound impact on the lives of many and will be dearly missed. At this time, no services are planned.
