Until I met Jim, I thought I hated salmon (my only exposure to salmon had been Friday night salmon patties made with canned salmon). I was at Jim´s one night and he fixed salmon (that he had caught).....couldn´t be rude and not eat it.....and it was amazing! Jim taught me to love salmon!
