Pastor Jim Patterson; you touched so many lives, and I am very grateful to be one of them. I always looked up to you, as a young girl at Sierra Christian Academy, you always remembered everyone's name, it tought me, to remember people, they are, each one, important. Thank you, for teaching me, this very important message in life. Nancy and family, we send love, prayers and much gratitude from the community of Sierra Christian Academy ~~ With gratefulness, Audrey (Tyler) Creasey

Sorry for your loss. Jim was a good neighbor. I always enjoyed his calls about neighborhood cats.
His story´s about what cats were doing.
How Lawerence was supposed to be, wasn´t the neighborhood bully!
I will miss those calls

I am blessed to know Rev. Patterson. He was a humble man who took an interest in our family when we moved to Durham, CA in 1973 after my father passed away. I will miss his smile and talks we had. My thoughts, condolences and prayers to the families during this time. Miriam (Peters) Dennis

I an honored and blessed to call Rev Patterson a friend. Few people in my life demonstrated honor, integrity, and humor like this man. He was truly a gift from God that I was blessed to know.

I saw Reverend Jim last year at a memorial service. He didn´t quite remember me but I was so thrilled to see him. So glad I did and that I took the time to explain how much I used to live coming to church.
My love to Susan, and the rest of the family Angela (Clark) Gilbert.
