Janet Faye Murdick, of North Canton passed away on June 29, 2024, at the age of 84. She was born on August 15, 1939, to the late Joseph F. Williams Sr and Edna F. Williams. She was a lifelong resident of the Canton, Ohio area. She passed away peacefully, at home, with her devoted son, and caretaker, David, by her side.
She leaves behind her sons, Dale A. (Vicki) Lower Jr of North Canton, David W. Lower of Canton and Robin G. Murdick Jr of North Canton; granddaughter, Christina Martin (Shawn) and children, MacKenzie, Joshua, and Courtney; and grandson, Dale A. Lower III. Her nieces, Lynda Young, Joyce Armstrong, Cheryl Marr, Brenda Carmany; nephew, James Carmany; and numerous cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Joseph F. Williams; sister, Jane Carmany; son, Dwayne Lower; daughter, Debbie Lower; nieces, Carol Kendall, Crystal Davis; nephews, Arthur Williams Sr, Wayne Carmany; and granddaughter, Olivia E. Lee.
Janet spent her entire career in customer service. She was an award-winning manager at A & W All American Food for over 20 years. She traveled the country training and opening new locations. She ended her career working at Chick-Fil-A restaurant. She loved listening to all types of music, and she was an avid fan of the Cleveland Indians. She touched many people’s hearts with her electric smile and her witty sense of humor. Janet will be missed by many.
A memorial service will be held Thursday July 11, 2024 in the Paquelet-Falk Funeral Home at 303 S Chapel St. Louisville, Ohio 44641. Family and friends may visit at 3:00PM. A service will be held at 4:00PM with Pastor Jake Tovissi officiating. Condolences and special memories of Janet can be shared with her famil online at www.heritagecremationsociety.com
