Janice Bradshaw Ledden

Janice Bradshaw Ledden, 62, of Conyers, Ga. Mother of 3, grandmother of 5 and great grandmother to 3 passed away peacefully at her home on 8/20/2024, leaving a void her family cannot fill.
She was born in Warm Springs, Ga in 1961 to Father Henry Bradshaw and adoptiveparents Lawrence and Pearl Fryer. Janice graduated from Manchester High School before marriage and became a mother.
Janice was a devoted mother to Virginia Emfinger, Elizabeth Isakson and Lucas Collins, her pride and joys in life. She always said their birth changed her life for the better, and they felt that in the love and support she provided.
Janice took special joy in watching her children grow up in her childhood home on Fryer Road, and had fond memories of them playing, growing and thriving all while telling stories of her childhood on the old dirt road with Lawrence and Pearl. She enjoyed gardening and tending to her flowers and chickens. Janice loved with her whole heart and those that knew her knew that she had a heart of gold.
Janice was preceded in death by her father Henry Bradshaw, adoptive father Lawrence Fryer and adoptive mother Pearl Fryer along with her sister Sharon Geter and is survived by children (James) and Virginia Emfinger (McKenney, Va) (Troy) Elizabeth
Isakson (McKenney, Va) Lucas (Diana) Collins (Harker Heights, Texas). Grandchildren Mara (Adam) Meyers (Molina) Jasio Kanafoski (Manchester, Ga.) Russell and Daniel Emfinger (McKenney, Va) and Callie Collins (Harker Heights, Tx) Great Grandchildren Tyr, Savala and Frejya Meyers of (Molina, Co) and nieces Jessika Smith, Katherine White and nephew Seth Barton. Her Best friend Karen Vandevander (Conyers, Ga) who will never forget the love she brought to their lives.
Memorial services will be held August 31, 2024, 2:00pm at Cox Funeral Home Chapel 93 Prather Barnes Road Manchester, Ga. 31816.
