Fishers, Indiana - Jared Harrison George (23), a beloved son, brother and friend passed away in his home on September 28th, 2023. He was born in Indianapolis to Michael Stephen George and Elizabeth Ann (Harrison) George. Jared graduated from Hamilton Southeastern High School in 2019. He graduated from Ball State University on the Deans List in May of 2023. During his college years, Jared became an esteemed member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. He embraced the fraternity's values of brotherhood, service, and personal growth, forming lifelong friendships and making a positive impact within his fraternity, family and friends. He earned a Bachelors degree in Marketing and went on to obtain his Indiana State Insurance License to work in the family business of AMJ Insurance. He earned the distinction of CLCS (Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist) in July of 2023.
Jared was preceded in death by grandparents Stephen and Patricia George, Homer T. Harrison and an Uncle William Davis. Survivors include his parents Michael and Elizabeth George, siblings Brooke (Tony) Doesburg, Alex George, Mike George and Jonathan (Kristen) George, nephews Cole & Calvin Doesburg and Jack George. Additional family members Hailey Brooke and Zade Barham.

A visitation will be held Monday October 9th from 4-8pm at Flanner Buchanan- Oaklawn Memorial Gardens (Conner Suite), 9700 Allisonville Road, Indianapolis, Indiana. Visitation will resume on Tuesday, October 10th from 9-11 am with the funeral service beginning at 11am.
Immediately following the service there will be a Celebration of Life Luncheon from 12pm to 3pm held at Wolfies at Geist located at 11699 Fall Creek Road, Indianapolis, Indiana. The family would like to welcome all family and friends to come share in the celebration of life to fellowship, share stories and honor the beautiful soul that was Jared George. “Cheers Jared!”
