She was married to the late Leon Payette who died in 1992 and the late George Lacourse who died in June of 2007.
Born in Lowell, MA on August 15, 1926, the daughter of the late William and Therese (Lauziere) Berard. She was raised and educated in Lowell and a graduate of Lowell High School with the class of 1945.
She was a communicant of St. John the Evangelist Church of N. Chelmsford and the former St. Jeanne D'arc Parish of Lowell.
Jeannette loved knitting, sewing, and gardening, and wintering in Zepher Hills, Florida.
She is survived by three sons and a daughter-in-law, David and Susan Payette of Dracut, Richard LaCourse of Deerfield, NH, Dennis LaCourse of Dracut, six daughters and a son-in-law, Helen and Richard Maynard of Londonderry, NH, Louise Payette of Hooksett, NH, Elaine LaCourse of Salisbury, NH, Michelle Healy of Derry, NH, Janet Lacourse of Newton, NH, Gail Rasnick of Groton, CT, three sisters, Henriette Corbin of Dracut, Pauline Page of Dracut, Rollande Nagle of Chelmsford, ten grandchildren, Joshua Payette, Heather and her husband Clyde Muka, Krista Payette, Benjamin and Andrew Maynard, Ryan and Erin Hirbour, Lindsey and Tyler Rasnick, and Alex Lacourse, one great-granddaughter Avery Hibbard, many nieces, nephews and several dear friends.
She was predeceased by two brothers, George Berard, Louis Berard, four sisters, Helen Denommee, Lucille McCarron, Madeleine Boulanger, Florence Reynolds.

LACOURSE, Jeannette T. (Berard)(Payette) LaCourse of Chelmsford formerly of Lowell, died September 13, 2025. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, September 19, 2025 at 9 AM at the DOLAN FUNERAL HOME 106 MIDDLESEX ST. CHELMSFORD. Burial in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Chelmsford.
