In high school, he began dating the love of his life, Lori Russell. On September 19, 1987, they were married, and they enjoyed 37 wonderful years together.
Jeff was a Christ follower and devoted family man, loving fiercely and unapologetically. He was a longtime OU Sooners fan. He also enjoyed fishing and gardening.
Jeff is preceded in death by his stepfather, Gary Griffith; father in law Charlie Wilson; and grandparents George and Onita Russell and Bud and Betty Jones.
He is survived by his loving wife, Lori; daughters Brooke Neil and husband Jonathan, Bailey Jones and Rylee Jones; grandchildren Joy Neil and Porter Neil; mother Kathy Griffith; and father Michael Jones; mother in law Connie Wilson; brothers Russell Jones and wife Cortney and their children Lucas and Wyatt, Jeff Griffith and wife Vicki, and Branden Griffith; half-siblings Michael Jones, Sheridan Jones, Allie Rock and husband Cameron; brothers in law Bryan Russell and wife Jerri, Kane Russell and wife Melissa, and Cord Wilson; sister in law Leah Russell; as well as many nieces and nephews, cousins, and extended family.
Public visitation will take place on Tuesday, October 22nd from 5-7pm at McNeil's Funeral Service.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 23rd, at 1pm at LifeChurch in Mustang, with burial to follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.

As a little girl Jeff and Russell were like brother's to my sister and I. They protected us, but also picked on us. Jeff nickname me Taco Tico Tiffani. My kid's now love this story, and are known to playfully call me it on Taco nights. Rest in Peace sweet Jeff!
