Mr. Allen was born on August 26, 1964 in Alachua, FL to Chester Allen, Jr. and Ruby Lee Allen. He attended Santa Fe High School and graduated with the Class of 1982. Jeffery really enjoyed cleaning cars. He was busy with his hands and worked on various projects. He will be missed by all who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
He leaves to mourn and cherish his everlasting memory; his daughter, Toccara Merricks of Gainesville, FL; brothers, Kenneth Spraulding (Angie) of Panama City, FL, Robert Pollard, Jr. (Delois) of Orlando, FL, and Terence Pollard of Alachua, FL; best friend, Anthony Stinson of Jacksonville, FL, ; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

I am so saddened to hear this news. Mr. Allen was a tenant here at the Men's Liberty Center he was such a good person, never cause any problems he would come by the office every morning just to tell us hello and have conversation before the day get started. Mr. Allen will truly be missed.
