Jeffrey D Banet, 59, of Starlight, passed away on Monday, December 9, 2024, at his residence. Born February 24, 1965, he was the son of David and Ann (Faske) Banet. On April 29, 1988, he married Kim (Dethy) Banet, who survives.
Jeffrey was a Certified Dental Technician and a member of the First Christian Church of Borden.
He was a loving son, husband and father. He was a huge fan of college basketball and NASCAR, and was a skilled woodworker.
Jeffrey is survived by his wife of 36 years, Kim; his parents, David and Ann; his 2 children: Nicole Love (Derek) and Brandon Banet (Vanessa Conway); his sister, Dava Sprigler (Tim); 19 cousins and 6 nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, December 18, at 2 pm at First Christian Church of Borden, with Brian Combs officiating. Burial to follow at Saint Mary of the Knobs Cemetery. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 10 am until the time of service at the church.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to First Christian Church of Borden, or The Brave Way Home (https://www.thebravewayhome.com)

I remember as kids riding mini-bikes, flying model airplanes in his front yard, and shooting our BB guns. Jeff would often go camping with us. I hope you are at peace now.
