Jeffrey R. Kouba Sr.

Jeffrey R Kouba Sr., age 63 of Folsom, passed away on Sunday, December 7, 2025. He was born on March 11, 1962 to parents William and Eurie Kouba. He attended Ridley High School, graduated from the Police Academy, a former volunteer fire fighter for Holmes and Folsom Fire Companies and EMS certified for Holmes. He was currently employed at Fastening Products as a machinist, where he has worked for over 50 years.
Jeff was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time at the beach. He also enjoyed any activity that included his grandchildren. He was a Philadelphia Phillies fan and was always up for going to a game with his kids; especially dollar dog night.
Jeffrey was the loving husband of his wife, Dorothea (Catania) Kouba of 39 years; loving father to Jeffrey (Crystal), Katelyn, Courtney, Kayla and Jacob and beloved Pop to William (predeceased), Dontay, Mikayla, Buffy and Carter.
Jeff was the dear brother to William, Nancy, Mark and his late sister Virginia and loving uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation that will be held Thursday, December 18, 2025 at 10AM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church 2130 Franklin Avenue, Morton, PA 19070 followed by an 11AM Mass. Burial will be private at the connivence of the family.
