Jeffrey Smith Obituary
Jeffrey was born in Knoxville and was a 1985 graduate of Carter High School. He attended the University of Tennessee where he received a bachelors degree in political science.
Jeffrey loved his sons more than anything in this world and spending time with them was his favorite activity. He will be dearly missed by them and others.
Jeffrey is preceded in death by his father, Loy Smith and brother, James Smith.
He is survived by mother, Lonna Smith; sister, Scottie Baxter (Phil); brother, David Smith (Gena); sons, Jake Smith & Jackson Smith.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the doctors and nurses in the ICU and the 8th floor of Fort Sanders Regional Hospital.
Due to Jeffrey's wishes, there will be no service.
