Jennifer Philip, 65, of Tobyhanna passed away suddenly Sunday evening April 27, 2025, at her home in Tobyhanna.

She was born in Sangre Grange, Trinidad on August 1, 1959, a daughter of the late Fitzroy and Sylvia (Miranda) Armstrong. Jennifer was educated in Trinidad and spent her working career as a nursing assistant and most recently as a laborer for Liz Claiborne in Mount Pocono.

Jennifer enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren and watching WWE wrestling.

Preceding her in death in addition to her parents was her son, Nigel Miranda, daughter, Nichelle Philip, brothers, Junior Armstrong, Keith Armstrong and Roland Armstrong and sister, Sharaland Armstrong and granddaughter, Chantel.

Surviving is her husband Felix Philip of Tobyhanna, daughters, Lisa Miranda of Trinidad, Nedra Philip of Tobyhanna, Joleen Philip of Wilkes Barre, Candice Philip of Wilkes Barre, and Khalia Philip of Pittston, sisters, Sandra and Ria Armstrong and brother, Sheldon Armstrong all of Trinidad, grandchildren, Kareem, Kyle, Joshua, Trey, Tracy, Samaya and Avery and extended family members.

Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
