Jennifer Lynn Ramey passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by family on Friday, August 15, 2025, at 12:56 a.m. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 30, 2025, at Christ Church in Neodesha, Kansas. She was born June 28, 1974, in Neodesha, Kansas to Cathy Daleen Laforte (Suits) and Steven Lee Ramey. She was a 1992 graduate of Neodesha High School where she was a member of the cheerleading squad. And played saxophone the band. Over the years she worked in many different fields, but her passion was always bartending, where she loved connecting with people, and doing nails- which would allow her creativity to shine. Above all, her favorite role was being a mother to her son, Bodhi, which brought her the most joy in life. Jeni truly lived life to the fullest. She had a way of making every moment an adventure. Whether it was going out and exploring, spending time (and money) at the casino, or simply sitting back sharing stories, and enjoying time with family and friends.
She preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Carolyn Sue and Lee Dale Suits. Paternal Grandparents Clyde and Leora Ramey. Mother Cathy Daleen Laforte (Suits) and Father Steven Lee Ramey. Soul sister Heather Jeansen Holt
She is survived by her son Bohi Jensen Brandt Lowry and his father Jerry Dean Lowry II. Her sister Amber Lea Myers (Ramey) and her children Trenten Aemisegger, Miley Myers, Teyler Aemisegger and her fiancé Albert Houpy II and their daughter Ivy Houpy. Her brother Anthony Lee Dale Hann and his wife Shandy Hann and their daughter Rilynn Hann. Cousin Shy Ann Lowry (Harvey) and ger children Jerry Dean Lowry III and Haidyn Lowry and many other beloved cousins who were more like siblings.
