Jeremy is survived by one daughter, Morgan Wyan of Piqua, OH: two brothers and sister-in-law: Chance Ward, Lucas (April) Ward, Piqua, OH; and several nieces and nephews.
Jeremy attended Piqua High School; he worked as a laborer in different factories throughout his life. Jeremy enjoyed having time to relax and play video games in his spare time.
A service to honor Jeremy will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are in care of Melcher Sowers Funeral Home, Piqua. Online condolences may be left for the family of Jeremy at www.melcher-sowers.com.
