It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jerilyn Kay Omvig on July 6, 2025, at the age of 64 at her home in Nicholasville, KY. Born on February 10, 1961, in Milwaukee, WI, Jeri was a beloved Wife, Mother, Nana, Daughter and Sister and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Jeri is survived by her husband Paul, her daughter Nicole (Omvig) Henriott (Brian), her son, Aaron Omvig (Liz), her grandchildren, Everett Henriott, Wesley Henriott and Noel Henriott, her parents, Victor and Marilyn Pape, her sister, Vicki (Pape) Cooper (Mark), and her brother Douglas Pape (Janet).
Jeri is a 1979 graduate of Lafayette High School and the University of Kentucky. Jeri's true passion was doting on her grandchildren, digging in her gardens and animals, especially her beloved dog, Axl.
Friends and family are invited to gather at a Celebration of Life in memory of Jeri on Friday, August 1st from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at The Mansion on South Main, 1201 S Main Street, Nicholasville, KY. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Blue Grass Care Navigators, 1733 Harrodsburg Road, Lexington, KY 40504 in her memory.
Care Cremation and Funeral Service is honored to be entrusted with final care.

Jeri will be missed by many. She was a special nanna. She loved her grandchildren more than anything in the world. Her husband Paul and her were like peanut butter and jelly... did everything together since they were high school sweethearts. We all love and miss you Jeri.
