Jesus Rodriguez Jr. was born on March 8, 1960, and passed away on November 30, 2025. He dedicated 35 years of his life working at Celanese, where he contributed in various occupational positions and departments such as Operator, Warehouse Operator, Nylon, and Special Products. Jesus was especially admired for his photographic memory, exceptional work ethic, and charismatic personality that made him a cherished colleague.
A proud graduate of Bishop High School in 1979, Jesus enjoyed playing sports, particularly football and baseball. His passion extended beyond his professional life; he found immense joy in spending time outdoors on his ranch, whether he was working on various projects or riding his tractor. The home he created was a sanctuary for his family, where he took great pride in being present and engaged.
Those who had the pleasure of knowing Jesus recall his constant smile and the light he brought into every interaction. His selflessness and willingness to put others' needs ahead of his own made him a trustworthy friend, a dependable figure, and a reliable source of advice in all matters of life. He was known for honoring his commitments and had a knack for finding solutions to problems, always ensuring they were addressed correctly.
Among his proudest accomplishments were his deep bonds with his family, the home he nurtured, and the friendships he cultivated throughout his life. As we remember Jesus, our hearts are filled with the warmth of cherished memories, including countless moments spent with family, his encouragement of others toward their best selves, and the joy he found in every aspect of life.
Jesus leaves behind his loving wife, Elvia Rodriguez, and two devoted sons, Serjio and Lorenzo Rodriguez. He is also survived by his brother, Oscar Rodriguez, his sister, Mary Ester R. Villarreal, and his sister-in-law, Rosario Rodriguez.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jesus Rodriguez Sr., his mother, Eustolia Rodriguez, and his brother, Arnulfo Rodriguez.
