Joann Holder – (nee Kuhtic)
Passed away peacefully with her loving family at her side, Wednesday, September, 2025 at the age of 71.
Survived by her children James (Melissa) Holder of Elgin, IL., Heather Holder of Elgin, IL. And Kelly (Kenneth Hofmann of Joliet, IL., her grandchildren Jaron (Bridget) Holder Sugar Grove, IL., Ryan Holder of Elgin, IL., Michael Cunningham III, Madisen Sampson and Lainey Hofmann all of Joliet, IL., one great-grandson Mateo and her brother Joseph (Cheryl) Kuhtic of Chicago, IL. And numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Joann was born in 1954 in Chicago, Il., the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Ann Kuhtic. She attended Lourdes High School. A resident of Bolingbrook, Joann would later work in retail management, until she left to enjoy the raising of her grandchildren. She loved to spend time with family and friends for birthdays and holidays, cooking and baking her Kolache cookies which everyone looked forward to enjoying. Joann spent Friday's playing Bunco with life long friends, she was glued to General Hospital and spent years willing the Cubs to a Championship. A true to heart Beatles fan, she would see Paul McCartney in concert whenever he came to town. Joann was the best mom and grandma, and her favorite moments later in life was the time spent with her grandchildren.
