John Aubrey Obituary

Born in Taylorsville, he was the owner of the former B&J Texaco/Sunoco, retired from the former Logan Company and was a United States Marine Corps Veteran.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Elsie (Parrott) Aubrey; parents, D and Cora Aubrey; brothers, Raymond and AJ Aubrey; and sisters, Mary Whitehouse and Artie Breeden.
He is survived by his children, Kathy Hannan (Rob) and Terry Aubrey (Wende); grandchildren, Nigel, Cole, Terri, Dalton, and Luke Aubrey, Kara Baker, and Ashley VanGilder; 11 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and sister, Gladys Holt.
His funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Monday, January 27, 2025, at Owen Funeral Home-Jeffersontown, 9318 Taylorsville Rd. with a private burial to be held at a different date. Visitation will be from 1-7 p.m. Sunday at Owen Funeral Home-Jeffersontown.
