John Hale "Running Bear" Constant was born on February 27, 1962 in Livingston County MO. At age 60 John passed away on August 5th, 2022 in his home in Lawson, MO.
A Celebration of his Life was held at Tryst Falls Park in Excelsior Springs, MO on August 21st at 1:00pm
John was a devoted husband and father. He always made sure his family was taken care of. He was a Baptist baptized in the Holy Spirit. John loved fishing, camping, mushroom hunting, deer hunting, a beach lover, Chiefs fan (wanted to adopt Patrick Mahomes), Gumby, and Harley Davidson rider and collector. One hell of a cook, his chili was one of a kind. He loved his Indian Heritage and loved tinkering on things and could work on any car or remodel any house. He would craft or draw many things for his wife's dreams. A man of many talents.
John was preceded in death by his first born Joshua Allen "Lil Chief", father Ola Constant, mother Alice Mansfield, step-father Wayne Mansfield, brother Lee and sister Janey, uncle Dale, favorite aunt Melinda "Hot Rod", nephew James Davis and niece Teanya Oesch, grandfather Ralph Mansfield and wife Edna Mansfield.
His survivors include his wife Robin "Blue Bird" Constant, son Robert "Two Bear" and fiance Kory Roberts, son Clayton "Dakota" and fiance Rheana Horst, son Scott Cone, his grandson Izac "Tee Bear" and granddaughter Leah "Yellin Pup", brother Mike (Betty) Mansfield, sister Letecia Goree, brother Ralph (Mindy) Mansfield, nephew Richard (Vicky) Davis, niece April (James) Nauman, nephew Steven (Martha) Davis, nephew Vernon (Charlene) Constant, niece Susan Morgan, nephew Travis Constant, nephew Lee (Amanda) Constant, niece Connie (Terry) Lund, many cousins, nieces, nephews, close friends; Jeff, Brett, Jenn, Dan, Ali, Travis, Linda, Teresa and so many more.
