Uncle John has always been so kind to me. I thought of him as patient, soft spoken, caring, and quick to laugh. In my youth, I loved visiting the stoneware plant, admired his enthusiasm for his craft and inclusiveness of those he employed. He seemed to be interested in everything and had a vast amount of knowledge tucked away.
I´m thankful to have had such a kind and thoughtful man as my uncle and will miss him.

Mr. Robertson was a very intelligent, hard working and caring man. He hired me as an engineering co-op at Louisville Stoneware back in the 90s and was not hesitant about passing on his vast knowledge of rhe stoneware process. Thoughts and prayers to his Family and friends.

Mr. Robertson was such a wonderful man, a very compassionate man. I worked with him at Louisville Stoneware for many years. He was a great mentor, very creative and had a great sense of humor. He was loved by so many he will be greatly missed.
