Jon Paul Tanner, 52, of Roscoe, passed away suddenly April 8, 2024. He was born March 17, 1972, the son of Jon and Adele Tanner. Jon graduated from Hononegah High School in 1990. He worked in construction to include roofing, siding, framing, home remodeling and landscaping. He enjoyed fishing and being outdoors.
He is survived by his parents, Jon and Adele Tanner; son, Chase Tanner; sisters, Tracey (Michael) Monte; brother, Toby Tanner; nieces and nephews, Morgan (Caleb) Goodrich, Colin (Mollie Calvert), and Erin Smith.
Memorial will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, April 20, 2024 in Calvary Memorial Church, 2715 N. Alpine, Rockford, IL 61114.
