DUDLEY – Joseph Aubin, aged 70, of Oakwood Ave, passed away peacefully at home on August 27, 2025.
He is survived by his son, Joseph Aubin Jr. of Southbridge, his daughter, Jamie Aubin of Dudley, and his niece, whom he considered to be a daughter, Mary Johnson of Southbridge. Joseph will be fondly remembered by his grandchildren: Joseph, Samantha, Alexander, Christopher, Brandon, Alyssa, Brent, Kayla, Jayden, Timothy Jr., and Stephanie, along with his great-grandchildren: Brooke, Timothy, Nova, Cooper, Aerie, Enzo, Leo, Payton, and Harper, and many nieces and nephews.
Joseph was predeceased by his beloved wife, Debbie (Corey) Aubin, who passed on July 15, 2018, as well as his brothers, his twin brother, James and youngest brother Jesse, his son Gary Aubin and his grandson, Trent.
Born to the late Armand and Mary (Keys) Aubin in Indianapolis, Indiana, on March 3, 1955, and he grew up in Voluntown, Connecticut. Joseph dedicated himself to his career as a carpenter for new homes until his retirement. A true craftsman, he was passionate about his work and took great pride in all that he accomplished.
Beyond his professional life, Joseph was known for his love of tinkering, particularly with motorcycles and classic cars. He enjoyed attending Harley meets and car shows, where his enthusiasm for these hobbies shone brightly. In his other free time, he enjoyed science fiction, specifically the Sci-Fi channel. Above all, Joseph was a devoted family man, always willing to lend a helping hand to his loved ones, and anyone else in need.
Joseph Aubin's legacy is one of love, craftsmanship, and a deep commitment to family. He will be dearly missed and forever cherished in the hearts of all who knew him.
Calling hours for Joseph are 5PM to 7PM Thursday, September 4th, in the Belanger-Bullard Funeral Home, 51 Marcy St. Southbridge.
