Joseph A. Marinelli

It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Joseph A. Marinelli, of Beacon, NY on January 17, 2025 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was only 52 years old.
Joey was born to his late parents James and Olivia (Cevallos) Marinelli on January 2, 1973 in Queens, NY.
He was a truck driver by trade, but whether Joey was steering through life in a big rig or on a motorcycle cruising down a windy road, under all those tattoos, you would find a big hearted teddy bear with a sweet tooth.
He will be missed beyond words by his loving siblings, Christian Marinelli, James Marinelli, and Vanessa and her husband Joe Carey.
He adored his role of Uncle Joey to Nicholas, Amelia, Theodore, and Stella, as well as many more nieces, nephews, cousins and godchildren, all who will cherish the memories of greeting Uncle Joey because somewhere in those cargo pants he might have some candy he would be willing to share with you!
Family and Friends will gather for a Memorial Visitation on Friday, January 24, 2025 from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Cargain Funeral Home, 418 Route 6, Mahopac, NY.
A Mass of Christian Burial to honor and celebrate Joseph's life will take place 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 25, 2025 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 1377 E Main Street, Shrub Oak, NY.
Following Mass, Joseph will be escorted to his final resting place in Rose Hills Memorial Park, 100 Mill Street, Putnam Valley, NY.
