Passed away unexpectedly on September 8, 2022 at age 43. He is survived by his father and stepmother, Jim and Terri Phalin; mother, Sue Kimball; fiancé, Andrew Heline; brother and sister-in-law, James and Ashley Phalin; niece, Kendall Phalin; nephew, Aidan Phalin; sister, Nicole Wilcox; brother, Jason Phalin; brother, Brent Kimball; sister, Julie Kimball; and many dear friends in Victor and Washington, DC.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, September 15th at 5PM at Miller Funeral and Cremation Services of Victor, 301 West Main Street, Victor NY 14564. A recording of the service can be viewed below.
A Celebration of Joey's life will follow () at the Victor Village Inn, 34 East Main Street, Victor until 10PM.
A Celebration of Joey's life will also be held in Washington, DC on Saturday, September 17th from 4-8 pm at JR's Bar and Grill, 1519 17th St. NW, Washington, DC 20036.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Joshua York Foundation (https://www.joshuayorkfoundation.org/ )
