A memorable life and unforgettable spirit passed away on Monday, November 11, 2024.
He was born to Paul and Inez Reeves on September 8, 1977. He was the youngest of three children with sisters Sherry (Kerry) O'Neal, and Debbie (Doug) Pipkins. He had many treasured memories from being on the football team of George County High School to marrying his high school sweetheart Tiffany (Davis) in 1997. They have two children Ethan Daniel (2005), and Kallie Faith (2007).
He had a rewarding career at Chevron Oil Refinery and was proud to be a part of the Design Engineering team. He will always be remembered as a valued member of the Benndale community. Joseph enjoyed life and chose to see the best in most situations. He truly loved being with his wife and children. He enjoyed attending car shows with his own antique cars, fishing, and watching Alabama football.
Joseph is preceded in death by his mother, Inez Reeves; maternal grandparents, Baston and Gordia Vee Wade; paternal grandparents, George Sims and Beatrice Reeves; and father-in-law, Robert Davis. He is survived by his wife, children, father, a host of family members, and close friends.
Visitation will be at Riverside Full Gospel Church, Thursday, November 14, 2024, from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM. The funeral service will be Friday, November 15, 2024, at 11:00 AM with a graveside service following at the O'Neal Cemetery. Officiating the services will be Bro. Don Cochran and Bro. Brandon Davis. Pallbearers will be Ethan Reeves, Chad Shearer, Chris Passman, Shane Reeves, Chris Steede, and Timmy Nobles. Honorary pallbearers are his team from Chevron Design Engineering.
