I met Janie in I986, when I began my career with COSA
with the Economic Development Department. Janie was an excellent co-worker and amazingly she could type and take shorthand at the rate of 120 words per minute without errors. It didn't take long before we became very good friends, enjoying working and socializing over the majority of the past 38 years. Janie was totally dedicated to her Family. She always invited me to join her family gatherings. She loved to sing, I was always amazed that she knew by heart the complete lyrics to a huge number of songs in Spanish and English. Will miss her very much, May she Rest In Perpetual Peace.
