Judith Ann Good

Judith Ann "Judy" (Stempien) Good, 82, of Windsor, beloved wife of Clifton Good, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend, passed away unexpectedly on December 1, 2024, the Lord said you have suffered with pain long enough, now it is time to rest.
Judy was born September 10, 1942, in New Britain, the daughter of the late Anothony and Edna (Bentley) Stempien. She attended local schools and was a 1960 graduate of Newington High School. She went on to obtain her associate's degree in business administration from Becker Junior College in 1962. Judy worked for many years as a bookkeeper at various businesses, retiring in 2007 from Johnson Gage Company.
Judy enjoyed doing puzzles, reading, her dog Dutchess, UCONN Woman's Basketball and watching grandchildren play sports. However, her greatest joy was spending time with her family. Her presence will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Clifton Good of Windsor, her daughters, Hollie Good and her husband Larry Passmore of Windsor Locks, Donna-Marie Santy and her husband Stephen of East Granby, her grandchildren, Brayden Santy, Logan Santy, Noah Santy and Jakob Lepak, and her great-grandchild, Lucien Lepak.
Judy's family will receive friends on Saturday, December 7, 2024, from 10-11:30AM at Carmon Poquonock Funeral Home, 1816 Poquonock Ave., Windsor, CT 06095. A funeral service will follow beginning at 11:30AM at Carmon's. Burial will be private and at the conveniece of the family.
