Born in Salisbury, she was the daughter of the late Martin W. and Ethel Parker Messick.
She was a graduate of Wicomico High School in 1952. She retired in 1985 from The Du Pony Company in Wilmington, Delaware.
She is survived by a cousin, Robert L. Messick of Salisbury.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at Wicomico Memorial Park with Reverend Richard A. Vance officiating.
Arrangements entrusted to Holloway Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Coastal Hospice at www.coastalhospice.org/donate.

June was a good friend and neighbor and always a breath of fresh air. Her vibrant spirit will be missed but not forgotten. Condolences to Robert.
