In Loving Memory of Kaely Mae Battenfield
11 May 2022 – 20 October 2023
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Kaely Mae Battenfield, who departed from this world far too soon on October 20, 2023. Although her life was brief, her impact was immeasurable, and she brought boundless joy and love to all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Born on May 11, 2022, Kaely was a bright and vibrant 17-month-old girl whose spirit shone as brightly as the sun. She had an infectious laughter that could light up even the darkest of days, and her zest for life was a constant source of inspiration to all who surrounded her.
Kaely had an insatiable curiosity and an adventurous spirit. Her favorite places in the world included the park, where she would swing on the swings, and the trampoline, where she would bounce with endless energy. She had an uncanny ability to turn simple moments into sheer delight, whether it was waving back at people with her tiny little hands or stealing hearts with her sweet smile.
She was a cuddle bug and cherished hugs from her parents, bringing warmth and happiness into their lives every day. Her favorite pastimes included driving her miniature car, and dining at Chili's, where she could always be found devouring mac and cheese with a smile on her face.
Kaely loved to play with the fridge. She would open and shut its door while her mom and dad attempted to retrieve things from it, much to the amusement of her family.
Although she was taken from us too soon, her memory will live on forever in our hearts. Kaely leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished moments that will forever remind us of the beauty and fragility of life.
As we mourn her passing, we celebrate the incredible light she brought into our lives during her short time with us. Let us remember Kaely with joy, for she taught us to find wonder in the simplest of things, to embrace every moment with love, and to live life to its fullest.
Kaely is survived by her adoring parents, Cody and Taylor, her four loving grandparents, her aunt and uncle and so many other family members and friends who will forever cherish the time they spent with her.
A memorial service to celebrate the life of Kaely will be held at 10:00 AM, on Saturday, October 28, 2023, at Studio J Performing Arts Center, located at 2241 NW 178th Street, in
Edmond, Oklahoma.
Kaely, your laughter, your love, and your infinite enthusiasm will forever be etched in our hearts, and your memory will continue to inspire us to live life with the same joy and wonder that you did. You will be dearly missed and never forgotten.
