Kamryn Marshall "Kam" Lawson

MOUNT CARMEL – Kamryn Marshall "Kam" Lawson, 8 years old, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, March 13, 2025.
Kamryn was born on November 16, 2016, in Kingsport, TN, to his parents, Jamie Crawford and Hunter Lawson. Just like his dad, Kamryn loved playing football, and he was a lineman for the Little Falcons football team in Church Hill. He loved to play video games, go fishing and camping, and split wood with his Pappy "Pappy Lawson". Kamryn was loved and adored by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his uncle, Aaron Crawford; great grandfathers, Otis Lawson and Jim Manis; great great grandmother, Lovely Benton.
Those left to cherish Kamryn's memory are his parents, Jamie Crawford, and Hunter Lawson; his sister, Madi; grandparents, Mimi and Pappy (Amy Lawson,and Jamie Manis), Nonna and Poppy (Deborah and John Adams), Michael and Lisa Lawson, Mamaw Kim and Papaw Mouse Laster, and Scott Crawford; great grandparents, Mamaw Trish, Nanny and Pa (Joe and Wanda), Dana and Fay Benton; aunts and uncles, Dana Lawson, Logan Lawson (Missy), Kaylee McDavid, Dakota McDavid, "Aunttamanda" Hall, Amber Crawford, Mat Adams (Marilyn), Rachie Hill (Josh), Josh Manis, and Danny Lawson; Kamryn's Little Falcons Football Team, and his Mt. Carmel Elementary classmates, as well as many extended family members, cousins and dear friends.
Kamryn's family would like to say special thanks to their many friends, family members, and their wonderful community for all the love and support during this time, and to all who have called, texted, left messages, brought food, and for the many thoughts and prayers.
A visitation will be held from 5:00 – 8:00 PM on Monday, March 17, 2025, at Johnson-Arrowood Funeral Home. A celebration of Kamryn's life will follow in the funeral home chapel..
