Carr of Port Clinton; grandchildren: Nicole (Jak Caplinger) Carr of Dayton, OH, Ava Carr of Columbus, Joie Carr of Marysville, OH; step-grandchildren: Galen Tipton of Columbus, Nathan Tipton of Chicago. She was preceded in death by her parents and daughter-in-law: Jean Tipton Carr.
Memorial services will be conducted on a date and time yet to be determined at Peace Lutheran Church, 900 Jefferson St. Port Clinton, OH. Memorial contributions may be given to the Ottawa County Salvation Army, 1854 E. Perry St. Port Clinton, OH 43452.
