Kathleen M. McGrath

BURGHILL, OH-Kathleen Marie McGrath, age 82, passed away Monday, March 31, 2025, at St. Paul's Senior Living Center in Greenville, PA. Born on October 14, 1942, in Greenville, PA, she was the daughter of the late Clark E. and Marion (Ribbons) Hatton. A graduate of Jamestown High School, she attended Edinboro University, PA and was a teacher in the Joseph Badger School District. In 1965, she married Gordon H. Fenn and had two sons, Steven Michael and Christopher Edward Fenn. In 1983, she became a Medical Assistant to Dr. Victor Colaiaco at the Greenville Medical Center, a position she held for 13 years. In 1990, she met Herbert "Jake" G. McGrath, and they married in December of 1992. He preceded her in death on December 30, 2008. Kay was a devoted wife and mother and enjoyed being involved in various church and community activities. She was especially fond of reading, photography, music and attending family events and picnics. She is survived by her two sons, Steven (Melinda) Fenn and their children, Amanda & Joseph Malone and Christopher (Amy) Fenn and their children, Nicole and Kelly Fenn. She is also survived by her brother, Edward C. Hatton of Jamestown, PA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 6397 OH-87, Kinsman, OH 44428 on Saturday, April 5, 2025, starting at 1PM.
