Kathleen Smith Reynolds, 94, of Burnsville, Mississippi, died on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth. Mrs. Reynolds was a member of Chapel Hill Methodist Church and loved attending services. She lived in Washington, D.C. for many years, working as a secretary for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. After 16 years, she left the F.B.I. and moved back to Burnsville to care for her parents. Throughout her life, she was the caregiver to many, including her aunt and both of her husbands. In her free time, Mrs. Reynolds enjoyed crocheting, cooking, and working in her yard. She loved flowers. Most of all, however, she loved her grandchildren and getting to spend as much time with them as she could. Mrs. Reynolds is survived by her children, Sharon Wright (David) of Nashville, TN, and Kerry Reynolds (Charlotte) of Corinth, MS; and her grandchildren, Stuart Wright (Jiao) of New Jersey and Kara Ramsey (Alan) of Corinth, MS. She was preceded in death by her first husband and father of her children, William E. Reynolds; her second husband, Johnny Wiginton; her parents Celeste and Ernest Smith; and her brothers, Wilson Smith and Horace Smith. Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka, MS, is entrusted with the arrangements. Visitation is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 2, 2023, at Chapel Hill Methodist Church. Funeral services will begin at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 2, 2023, at Chapel Hill Methodist Church, officiated by Bro. Scotty McCay.
