Kathleen A. Stubenhofer

Kathleen Ann Berger Stubenhofer, 96, passed away on Friday, October 17, 2025. She was born in Erie on August 3, 1929, a daughter of the late Leonard and Mary Johnson Burger.
She was a graduate of The Andrews School for Girls. She worked as a librarian for Lord Corp.
Kathleen enjoyed reading, watching Law and Order, and spending time with her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald J. Stubenhofer of 50 years; her sons, John, Larry, and Dale Stubenhofer; her grandsons, Joey and Jaime; and her sisters, Ruth Morgan and Mary Regelman.
She is survived by her children, Daniel Stubenhofer (Coreen) of Summit Twp. and Mary Prugar (Tom) of York, Maine; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends and family may call at the Russell C. Schmidt & Son Funeral Home, Inc., 5000 Wattsburg Rd., Erie, Pa 16504 on Thursday from 10 am until the time of Funeral Service there at 12 pm. Entombment will be private in Gate of Heaven Mausoleum.
