Elieen graduated from Fort LeBoeuf High School. She enjoyed reading books, country music, crossword puzzles, and latch hooking.
In addition to her father, she was preceded by her stepfather, Dennis Murdock and her brother, Raymond Steffy.
In addition to her mother, survivors, include her husband, Jeffrey Fenno; her son, Charles Hagan (Shawnee); her daughters, Samatha Hagan, Angel Nicholas, and Pamela Regal; her sister, Debbie Winters; her four brothers, Spencer Steffy (Tammy), David Williams (Suzanne), Jay Williams (Karin), and Joe Steffy; her sisters-in-law, Joyce Bailey (John), and Chris Wisniewski; step-son, Joshua Fenno (Joe Lawerence); stepdaughter, Brittany Chambers; and her granddaughters, Isabella and Olivia Chambers.
Funeral services are private and at the convenience of the family. Funeral arrangements were made by the Russell C. Schmidt & Son Funeral Home, Inc. 5000 Wattsburg Road.
