Kathryn Lillian Good
Resident of Streamwood for 16 Years
Mass of Christian Burial for Kathryn Lillian Good, 68, will be Friday, October 10 at 10:00am at Holy Archangels Parish, St. Matthew Church Campus, 1005 E. Schaumburg Road, Schaumburg. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, October 11 from 11:00am – 3:00pm at Michaels Funeral Home and Cremation Care, 800 S. Roselle Road, Schaumburg.
Kathy was born November 4, 1956 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Kenneth and Lillian Kraemer, and she passed away October 4, 2025 in Oregon, Illinois.
Kathy grew up on the north side of Chicago and attended Mother Guerin High School. Kathy graduated from Western Illinois University with a degree in Medical Technology in 1978. After the passing of her father Kenneth, she became an owner of the family tool and die machine shop, Quadrant, in Schaumburg with her brother Ken and sister Helayne. Kathy's favorite hobbies were centered around being outdoors and included downhill skiing, hiking, biking, and camping. Kathy frequently went dancing and enjoyed live musical performances. Most important to Kathy was the love and dedication she had to her family. Kathy was a beloved mother, aunt, grandma, and friend to many. Most conversations with Kathy were almost always centered around the people she interacted with and the next adventure she was planning to go on. While her life may have come to an unexpected end, her memory lives on through the people she dedicated her time to.
Loving mother of Renee Henry (husband James Henry) and Kevin Good (wife Dani Matej); beloved aunt of Michael Przeslicke, Melissa Prezslicke, Nate Kraemer, Campbell Kraemer, Joseph Kraemer, Annie Good, and Joseph Good; cherished grandmother of James Henry; sister of Ken Kraemer (wife Kari Kraemer).
She is preceded in death by sister Helayne Przeslicke, mother Lillian Kraemer, and father Kenneth Kraemer.
She will be missed by all those whose lives she touched.
