She enjoyed golfing and was the secretary for the Men's Golf League at Bronzwood for many years. Kathy also enjoyed motorcycle rides, word search puzzles, solitaire, and parties. In her younger days, she was known for her sketch artistry.
Besides her husband; Kathy is preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her two brothers, Mark A. (Jeanne) Posey of Kinsman, Ohio, and Ricky L. Posey of Kingsville, Ohio; a niece, Jennifer (Dave) Ray of Brookfield, Ohio, and many cousins.
A private burial will take place in Kinsman Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Baumgardner Funeral & Cremation Service of Kinsman handled the arrangements for the family.
