Kelsey M. (Evans) Selby, age 38 of Louisville, passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2024, after a brief illness.
Born July 17, 1986, in Canton; she was the daughter of Thomas H. and Darla (Pyles) Evans, Jr.
Kelsey was a 2004 graduate of East Canton High School and worked at the Stark County District Library in East Canton, she loved her job as well as the people she worked with. Her greatest joy was her family. She loved to plan parties, and she made everyone's birthday an event. She was a huge supporter of the Louisville High School Band.
Besides her parents, survivors include her husband, Joseph K. "Joe" Selby; children: Corynne Evans, Caleb, Caidy, Cayleigh, and Colby Burrows, and Noah Selby; step-children: Ben and Jenna Selby; brother, Aaron (Marie) Evans and sister, Kiersten (Tim) Offineer; grandparents: Thomas and Diane Evans, Sr and Garry and Rebecca Pyles; Joe's parents, Randy and Peggy Selby; former husband and friend Justin Burrows; numerous other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by a daughter Lexi.
Friends will be received at the Stier-Israel Funeral Home on Thursday from 5-7PM, where services will be held on Friday, October 4, 2024 at 10:30am, burial will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
