Kenneth Edward Jones Obituary
September 28, 2024, surrounded by his loving family.
Kenny was born in Harlem, New York, as the eldest of four children to Helen and
Charles Jones, both of whom predeceased him, along with his sister, Helen M. Jones.
His remaining siblings are Veronica L. Jones and Angela L. Jones.
He attended Roosevelt Jr. Sr. High School, graduating in 1978, before continuing his
education at the University of Buffalo, where his basketball career flourished. He later
completed his studies at Houghton College.
Kenny had a passion for shooting pool, playing basketball, and visiting casinos. He was
an esteemed member of Phi Beta Sigma fraternity, INC.

Condolences from the Houghton Highlander Men's Basketball program where Kenny gave a lot of sweat and effort to produce some of the best seasons in our history. We were saddened to hear of his passing. May God's great grace provide comfort to the entire family.
