Kenneth L. Osborne, age 77, of North East, passed away on Monday, October 13, 2025, after a brief illness. Born in Erie on July 19, 1948, he was a son of the late Frank and Mabel (Folmar) Osborne.
Kenneth was a lifelong resident of North East. He graduated from North East High School and attended Williamsport College for two years, earning an associate degree. When younger, he was a volunteer for the Greenfield Fire Department. He worked for over 30 years for Hagan Business Machines. He enjoyed memorable family day trips to places like: The Great Lakes Medieval Faire, Kraynak's, and The North East Cherry Festival. Ken loved spending time with his family for Christmas. He had a love for music and was a huge Pink Floyd fan. He spent a lot of time with his two cats, Mica and Tica, and riding his e-bike. Ken also enjoyed creating stained glass artwork, and golfing.
In addition to his parents, Ken was preceded in death by two brothers, Eugene Osborne, who passed in childhood, and John Norman Osborne, as well as his beloved sister, Loretta Alford.
Ken is survived by his loving and caring wife of 27 years, Deborah (Steward) Osborne; his daughter, Misty Osborne; three stepsons, Dana Kugel, Paul Boyd, wife Erin, and Matthew Boyd, wife Mindy (Arnold) Boyd, and their sons Marshall and Mitchell; a step-granddaughter, Mariah Graves, husband Terry, and their sons, Mason and Tucker; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to call at Brugger Funeral Homes & Crematory, 845 E. 38th Street, on Friday, October 17, from 4 to 7 p.m., with a brief service (15 minutes) at 5:30 p.m. Visitation will continue following the service. Private burial in Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery will be at a future date.
