Kevin Conwell Obituary

He was born February 19, 1954 in Muncie, IN the son of Charles "Bud" and Lois Conwell. Kevin was a 1972 graduate of Wapahani High School. He married his wife, Lynn Ann Walradth, April 5, 1975. They would have celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary this spring.
Kevin was a lifelong farmer and worked for Maxon Corporation until he retired. He drove the Wapahani Boys Basketball bus for over 30 years and he lived and died a Wapahani Raider. He was a big sports fan with his favorite teams being Purdue, the Reds and the Colts. He was a family man that loved his family immensely, especially his grandchildren. He loved watching his grandchildren play sports and spending time with them.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Lynn; two daughters, Chanda and Leslie; a son, Ryan (Katlyn); six grandchildren, Grace, Blake, Kamin, Kinley, Cason, and Kambry; three sisters, Linda (Keith) Hiatt, Kerry (John) Garrett, Kristi Conwell; a brother, Brian (Jane) Conwell; cousins, several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Charles "Bud" and Lois Conwell and his in-laws Verl and Marjorie Walradth.
Services will be 12:00 pm on Thursday, February 6, 2025 at The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Washington Street Chapel. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery, Windsor.
Family and friends may call from 4:00 until 8:00 pm on Wednesday, Feruary 5, 2025 at the mortuary or one hour prior to services on Thursday.

I remember Kevin as a vital part of the Raiders basketball team. He was also a friend of my brother Mike Dalton and my sister Debbie Dalton Alexander. I worked with Lynn and enjoyed his visites to QFF as a farming customer. Prayers for the family.
