Born April 17, 1976, in McConnellsburg, he was the beloved son of Donald L. "Donnie" and Wilma L. (Neil) Umbrell of Spring Run. Raised in Spring Run, he graduated from Fannett-Metal High School in 1995.
An industrial painter, he was with Ingersoll/Volvo for 18 years and for the past 7 years was employed with JLG.
Kevin was a member of Fannett-Metal Fire & Ambulance Co. and the Spring Run United Methodist Church.
He enjoyed four wheeling and attending auctions with his Dad. He also loved hunting, fishing, playing pool and enjoyed cornhole. His family fondly remembers him as a thoughtful, caring, helpful and kind person.
Surviving in addition to his parents, is his long-time loving companion, Tammy Junkins and her sons, Adam, Jesse, Josh and John and grandchildren Adam, Rosie, Nyla, Hunter and Kaiser. Additional survivors include many aunts and uncles, cousins and several generations of nieces and nephews.
Viewing Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2024, between 6 and 8 PM and Wednesday after 10 AM followed by the funeral service at 11 AM in the Agett-Lakjer Funeral Home, 16715 Path Valley Road, Spring Run, PA. Officiating clergy, Rev. Laurie Parsons and Pastor Marlin "Butch" Neil. Interment Path Valley Cemetery.
The family suggests the omission of flowers and prefer donations in his memory to Fannett-Metal Fire & Ambulance Co., PO Box 51, Dry Run, PA 17220. www.agettlakjer.com
