Kevin dedicated his professional life to working with technology. His work was not just a job; it was a testament to his passion for innovation and his commitment to excellence.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Kevin was an avid enthusiast of the MIGPC Pontiac Car Club in Michigan. His love for Pontiac Grand Prix's & Trans Am's was more than just a hobby; it was a way for him to connect with others who shared his interests. He could often be found at car shows, sharing stories and exchanging knowledge with fellow Pontiac aficionados. His deep appreciation for the craftsmanship of these vehicles was evident in the care he took in restoring and maintaining his own Pontiac GTX.
Kevin's passion for the Minnesota Vikings was equally as fervent. He was a steadfast fan, unwavering in his support through both triumphant seasons and challenging games. His loyalty to the team was emblematic of his character-steadfast, resilient, and always hopeful.
Kevin's absence leaves a void in the hearts of many, but the memories of his sense of humor, gentle spirit and his thoughtful nature will continue to inspire and comfort those who were fortunate enough to know him.
He is proceeded in death by his parents - Leland and Cynthia. Surviving to cherish his memory are brothers, Dan (Toni) Upton of Brightwood, VA and Shawn Upton of Seymour, IN; niece, Janet (Joe) Sawyer-Henshaw of Reva, VA; nephew, Daniel (Gracie) Upton Jr of Harrisonburg, VA ; great niece, Lacey Henshaw and great-nephews, Konner Sawyer, Carson Henshaw and Daniel Upton III.
Friends may visit Kevin's family from 12:00 pm until the service at 1:00 pm Friday, November 14, 2025 at Voss and Sons Funeral and Cremation Service, 316 N. Chestnut Street, Seymour. Interment will follow at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery. Please share memories and condolences at www.vossfuneralhome.com.
Memorials may be given in Kevin's memory to Just Friends Adult Day Services, 900 Lindsey St. Columbus, IN 47201.
