She worked for the scheduling team at Indiana Internal Medicine Consultants for 15 years. Most recently, she was part of the scheduling team at Community Hospital for the past 7 years.
Kim had a simplistic nature. She enjoyed binge-watching TV and getting her nails done, especially in blue. An animal lover, Kim was known to take in strays and give them a loving home.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Barnie W. Nuckels; and sons, Jesse Knuckels and Barnie Lee Knuckels.
Survivors include her son, Jaden Nuckels; parents, William and Diana Spann; brother, Brian Spann (Terra) and their daughter, Emilia; grandchildren, Jesse James Nuckels, Ezra Nuckels, Andrew Stogsdill, and Jay Strole; and daughter-in-law, Hope Nuckels.
Family and friends are invited to visit on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the chapel at Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory in Mooresville. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at the funeral home, with an hour of visiting prior to the start of the service. Burial will take place in White Lick Cemetery.

You were the best mother n law anyone could ask for. I will forever miss you and our talks. Andrew will miss his grandma kimmie too. Thank you Kim for accepting me and Andrew into the family way before I married your son Lee. I miss you both more than you will ever know! I love you mama Kim R.I.P

Kim was a great lady !! She has always opened her door for my Son Ryan , he was part of her family .. Ryan loved Kim, she was always there for him & others as well !! He enjoyed doing things for her if she needed help around the yard !! She had a full plate but never turned anyone away if they needed her She was there !! For all that she had been through in her life. She was a rock for others. We will never forget kim one special hearted lady !! She will be missed by many !! Kim had Heart of Gold !!! RIP Kim !!
