Kimberly A. "Kim" Pescaro, 51, of Shrewsbury, passed away on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 after an illness.
She leaves her devoted husband of 30 years, Gerald R. "Jerry" Pescaro; her beloved children, Ryan M. Pescaro and Victoria A. Pescaro, both of Shrewsbury; her parents, Doris and Richard "Dick" Romer, of North Grafton; as well as her aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews; and her UMASS family.
Kim was born, raised, and educated in Marlborough, graduating from Assabet Valley Regional Technical High School with the Class of 1990. It was there that she studied, and excelled at, hairdressing. She assisted with the Pescaro's Pepperidge Farm franchise, in many different aspects.
Kim loved to travel, especially to the Bahamas, their summer home in Wells, Maine, and her happy place, Disney World. She enjoyed collecting Disney figurines, especially Tinkerbell, shopping, cooking, her dogs, Blake and Riley, and spending time with her family, whom she cherished.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Heart Brothers Foundation, 225 Cedar Hill Street, Suite 200, Marlboro MA, 01752 (https://www.heartbrothers.org/donate).
Relatives and friends are invited to visit with the Pescaro family from 4 – 7 PM on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at the BRITTON-SHREWSBURY FUNERAL HOME, 648 Main Street, Shrewsbury. Her prayer service will be held at 10 AM on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at the funeral home, with burial to follow at Mountain View Cemetery.
