Kirby Charles Masden

Kirby Charles Masden, 81 of Walton, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Tuesday, August 20, 2025. Kirby was a retired electrician with IBEW Local 212, where he dedicated many years of hard work, and where he cultivated close friendships. An avid golfer he belonged to several golf leagues and spent many days on the course playing the game he loved. He believed laughter could cure all and he aspired to bring joy to others. His humor, kindness and easygoing spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Kirby was preceded in death by his parents Edgar and Reba Masden and his brother Larry Masden. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Debbie; his children Kirby Masden Jr., Karen Landrum, Tonja Fariello, Deron Masden, Shelly Foreman (Gary), and Crystal Works (Gene), his 9 grandchildren Adam, Christin, Taylor, Jacob, Jason, Rylee, Blake, Michael, and Cody; his sister Kathy Masden Cox (Charlie); and many great-grandchildren. A Graveside Committal Service will be held at 12 PM on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, 3227 Dixie Highway ,Erlanger, KY 41018. A Celebration of Life service will follow immediately after at the Kenton County Golf Course, 3908 Richardson Road, Independence, KY 41051.
