Kyle James Glenn, 44, of Black Mountain, passed away on Thursday, May 22, 2025.
Kyle was born on August 19, 1980, in Buncombe County to Robin and Meredith Taylor Glenn. He enjoyed landscaping, working outdoors, being creative, painting, repairing and repurposing things, writing poetry, and helping others. Kyle was a handyman to many and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
In addition to his parents, those left to cherish his memories include his daughters, Samantha and Lainy Glenn; brother, Aaron Glenn and his wife, Damie; twin sister, Kara Glenn; fiancée, Kelly Black, and her children, Shana and Blaze, and grandchildren, Luna, Maverick, and Silas; nieces and nephews, Dana Dyer, Riley Moody, Murphy Woolard, Adam Moody, and Victor Glenn; and best dog, Little Man.
The family will receive friends Saturday, May 31, 2025, from 11:30am to 1:00pm at Harwood Home for Funerals. A celebration of life service will immediately follow at 1:00pm at the funeral home with Pastor Allen Rash officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Kyle's memory to a local no-kill animal shelter of your choice. To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of Kyle, please visit our floral store.
