LaDonna Rae Middlesworth was born May 5, 1976, in Missoula, MT, to Allan and Mary Hiatt. LaDonna was a beacon of courage, humility, love, and loyalty. She touched all fortunate enough to have crossed her path. Her journey through life was characterized by a deep commitment to her family, a passion for homemaking, and the joy she found in simple pleasures. LaDonna was in her element whether she was enjoying a 4-wheeling adventure, crafting a homemade treasure, or whipping up a culinary delight in the kitchen. She also treasured the time she spent with family in Montana and Connecticut. Her radiant spirit proved comforting, and her unwavering loyalty was a testament to her character.
LaDonna's life was a tapestry of rich experiences woven with threads of love, laughter, and resilience. From her early days in San Simone, Arizona, to her cherished years in Connecticut, Montana, Wyoming, and finally, settling in Ogden, Utah, every place she called home was filled with the warmth of her love. She was a remarkable woman who mastered the art of homemaking, infusing her home with an atmosphere of love, joy, and comfort. Her life was a testament to the fact that the most profound achievements are not always found in the public sphere but rather in the quiet, loving service to those we hold dear.
She is survived by her loving husband, Keith Middlesworth, with whom she shared 24 beautiful years of marriage, and her children, Robert, Dylan, and Christopher. Her family extends to her stepmother, Sue Hiatt, and brothers and sisters, James, Scott, Randall, Billie Jo, and Daryl. Sisters-in-law, Jennifer, Chelae, Diane, Jennifer Middlesworth, and Erica. Along with brothers-in-law Jeffrey and Robert. Her grandchildren, Gaelyn and Achilles, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. LaDonna was preceded in death by her parents, Allan Dwight Hiatt and Mary Gayle Vann, and her mother-in-law, Sharon Middlesworth.
LaDonna had such a big heart that she opened herself up to being considered a mother figure to multiple people, including, but not limited to, Emerald, Jada, Kota, Stephanie, Anna, Alicia, Maddie, Kaymen, and Kaylyn. Over the years, they referred to her as "Momma."
A viewing and family gathering will be held on Friday, September 20th, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. at the Provident Funeral Home in Ogden, Utah. The funeral service will follow at 6:30 p.m. at the same venue. We invite all who knew LaDonna to attend, share their memories, and celebrate the remarkable life of a woman whose love and loyalty profoundly impacted all who knew her.
We encourage everyone to leave memories and upload photos to LaDonna's memorial page to continue celebrating her life and the love she shared. Her spirit lives on in our hearts and the stories and memories we share.
